Wild & Free // FREE PRINTABLE
Friends, I am a little over halfway finished with Wild & Free. I seriously resonate with the tagline of the book: A hope-filled anthem for the woman who feels that she is both too much and never enough.
I always feel that way! Too much, too opinionated, too people-pleasing, too heavy, too lazy, too controlling; not pretty enough, not skinny enough, not successful enough, not holy enough. I feel like I’m constantly straddling the line of confidence and insecurity, pride and self-criticism, contentment and desperation. Sometimes, it feels super crazy to be a woman, can I get an amen?
“Sometimes, maybe most times, embracing wild and free is seizing the ability to be interrupted. God’s version of wild and free looks like interruption to us because even the least organized of us have some preconceived picture of how our lives should and could go. But He is bigger, He is wilder, and His plan is better than we could ask or imagine.”
--Jess Connolly + Hayley Morgan, Wild & Free
I have so enjoyed this book so far, especially the conversations that it has inspired between a dear friend and I who are reading it together.
I designed a simple and pretty watercolor printable to remind myself of all of the wild and free living I am learning about and aspiring toward.
Any good books you are reading and learning from right now?
